SGS Plant Services is an industrial personnel service provider specializing in turnaround and shutdown projects at refineries and chemical plants. Our multilingual teams operate across Europe, covering the DACH region, Benelux, and Scandinavia.
To expand our office team, we are seeking an:
Supervisor (m/w/d)
Location: europe-wide | Full-time
These tasks await you
Supervising and coordinating multiple installation teams
Ensuring compliance with the highest quality and safety standards
Resolving technical and personnel-related challenges
Assisting with workforce planning, resource allocation, and time management
Job requirements
What convinces us
Completed vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic, Metalworker, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in a similar leadership role
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
